Return & Refund Policy

General Policy

The Company strives to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. However, refunds may only be granted under specific circumstances outlined below.

Service-Based Projects

For custom software development, consulting, or project-based services:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
  • If work has started, refunds will only apply to the portion of work not yet completed.

Digital Products or Subscriptions

For digital services or subscription-based products:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be issued once services have been substantially used or delivered.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • Failure to use purchased services
  • Violation of the Terms and Conditions
  • Delays caused by user-provided content or requirements
